Refund policy

All items are final sale, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hi@noage.studio within 3 days of receiving your item.
Returns for a refund are not guaranteed and issued upon approval.
Eligibility
If our Support Team agrees to a return, your item must meet the following eligibility criteria:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item should be returned with the original invoice.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, less any delivery or return shipping fees. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refunds typically take 10-15 business days, however the amount of time that it will take for the funds to reflect on your account will depend on your financial institution.
No returns, exchanges on custom pieces.
We do not accept cancellations.
